Information We Collect

• Contact and rental inquiry forms: name, email address, and phone number
• Career application forms: name, email address, phone number, availability, referral source, message, and resume file uploads
• Admin portal: authentication session cookies (not applicable to site visitors)

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your contact inquiries and rental reservation requests
• To review and process job applications
• To operate and secure our administrative portal

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website:

• Supabase — database hosting, user authentication, and file storage (resume uploads and site images)
• Resend — transactional email delivery for form submissions and notifications
• Enquiry delivery — the service that receives contact-form and reservation enquiries and delivers them to us
• Vercel — web hosting and edge infrastructure

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When you visit this site, we set a first-party cookie named wg_src that records the page you first visited this site on and how you arrived — search, social, email, a link, or direct. We keep this information for six months. We use it only to understand which of our marketing efforts produce enquiries, so we can invest in what works. We do not sell this information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build a profile of you across other websites.

When you send a message through our contact form, your IP address is passed along with it to the service that delivers enquiries to us, and is used only to stop repeated or automated submissions.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and collects information such as the pages you view and your approximate location. You can opt out using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not use Vercel Analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting cookies, or email marketing tools. We do not build behavioral profiles or track your browsing activity across other websites. Apart from the cookies described above, the only cookies used on this site are session tokens for our administrative portal, which are not applicable to general visitors.

Data Retention

• Inquiry records are retained for as long as they are operationally needed to respond to your request
• Resume files are retained until the relevant position is filled, after which they are deleted from our storage
• Admin session tokens expire when the browser is closed

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@gearhouseauto.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
