We listed our first car on Turo, watched bookings roll in, and quickly realized we'd stumbled onto something real. But the operations — the cleaning, logistics, coordination — were anything but simple.
So we built the system ourselves. From airport handoffs to detailing protocols to 24/7 guest support, Gearhouse Auto was designed from the ground up to make professional fleet management effortless for vehicle owners and exceptional for guests. Austin-owned, Austin-operated, and proud of it.
