Last-Mile Delivery Driver (Austin Area)

Compensation

• Approx. $2 per delivery
• Final earnings depend on route density, completion speed, and daily delivery volume
• More efficient delivery = higher total take-home per shift

Service Area

• Routes cover the entire Austin metro area
• Daily assignments are based on operational needs
• Drivers should be ready for different zones (not fixed to one route)

What You'll Do

• Pick up and complete last-mile delivery orders on assigned routes
• Deliver safely and on time according to service standards
• Follow proof-of-delivery requirements in app/system
• Handle high-volume delivery windows and route adjustments
• Communicate exceptions (failed delivery, address issue, delay) promptly

Basic Requirements

• Valid driver's license and legal driving eligibility
• Reliable vehicle + valid insurance
• Smartphone with data plan and stable app usage
• Familiar with Austin roads; comfortable driving across multiple zones
• Punctual, responsive, and able to work under delivery pressure

Preferred

• Prior experience in last-mile, courier, DSP, gig delivery, or route driving
• Strong time management and multi-stop route execution
• Able to sustain performance during peak/high-intensity days
